Avon is the worst company to do any kind of business with. I have been in constant battle with them for months now. My account was handed over to ITC for bad debts, the was an adjustment fee of R250.00 which i know nothing of which was added to the handed over amount of R1896.47 to make a total of R2146.47. I have been requesting a clear explanation of that amount but nobody wants to assist me. Do not fall for their make easy money trap they will rob you of your financial freedom.

Good day Janine, I never received a missed call from you but i saw the email. Why was the handed over amount R2146.47 not R1896.47 as explained on the email? And why is the R250.00 amount i paid on the 04/09/2017 through ITC not reflecting? Please get me the correct balance as i need to settle the account by the 30/09/2017
