Retraction of a prize after being told i have won

I am an Avon Rep and loyal customer. Today i received an sms at 10h17, from + ********** ********** 12, and it reads: " Congratulations! You are an Avon Summer Magic winner! Your smartphone will be delivered to you shortly! Contact ********** for queries." I got very excited and immediately informed my family and friends how good Avon is and that i have won. I then send and email to the above email adress just confirming that this is not a ****.

At 12h43, i received another sms from + ********** ********** 30, and reads: Retraction of SMS: Dear Rep, the Summer Magic SMS was sent in error and was only intended for a specific audience. We apologise for the inconvenience.

I am totally devastated at this and i do not believe it was an error i think someone wants this smartphone for themselves now. i am disappointed at what they did to me and demand an apology of this smartphone they have promised to send in the first place. how can they treat their loyal customers like this? i have emailed them back and to no response.
