Rep disgusted by AVON service

I am utterly disgusted and dissatisfied with the service I constantly receive from AVON from time to time.

I sometimes think mistakes happen and never propelled to write In a complaint over one eyebrow pencil (which still makes me look unprofessional to my clients) but nonetheless I end up taking the blame for it.

13 June 2016 I put down an order www ********** which according to the online ordering system shows “AVAILABLE” with a green dot next to it – as a rep I know that orders last up to 21 DAYS on the system of which by the time my order was released from credit queue (28 June )my ITEMS should have still been there!

ALL FOUR LITTLE PINK DRESS 50 ML PERFUMES! This equals 4 X unreliability , unprofessionalism and false promise to my clients! It certainly isn’t my fault that your online system doesn’t correlate with what’s available on your warehouse, If by the time I check out it says available I expect delivery!

I am not too certain why I should continue selling this product when every time I take orders only to disappoint my customers at the end! This pink dress was the last of its range I have no idea how I am going to get it back. This is so annoying!

Mpho Maisa

Unsatisfied Avon Rep
