Remove my name from ITC urgently

In 2017 June and July, I received a call from a on n Justine regarding the account that was open on my name, I told them that I never open a on account it must be ***** as ID was ******, I was asked to get them affidavit and all other documents and that was sent to their ***** department and they provided me with the feedback on the 30th of June confirming that the account in question has been deactivated and they have instructed the credit Bureaus to correct the profile, today 16/09/2020 I received a call from some collection company saying I have been handed over, 3 years later after they confirmed that the account is deactivated now I'm getting annoying calls. This account still active on ITC. Some one is not doing his job n is destroying our profile. I really need help with this n they must remove my name with immediately
