Remove my I'd nd name from your system

Good day, I have been ****med by Avon in 2016, they opened an account with my I'd number and I found out in 2017 when I went to the interview in Gauteng and they do credit checks and told me that I owe avon and I called avon and they advised that my I'd is used and the orders are from KZN and at that time I was at Limpopo, as I was desperate I had to go to there offices and I paid R700 that was owing to save my job and they send paid up letter and adviced me to send 3 I'd copy with 3 signatures to close the account..So sadendly after 2017 the account was closed and now 2021 the account is open and owing the same amount I paid in 2017 and when I call them they advised that they will escalate to their finance to call me it's been weeks no call. They refuse to give a call reference number on two calls I made.
