RELEASING OF ORDER

Am a regular Justin Consultant, On Monday I Paid my Previous month's order and placed a new order. The next day i received an Email to say i have exceeded my Limit and i need to pay R270.00 for my order to be released, i then Contacted the Avon/Justin offices around 10am and i explained to them that i will not have R270.00 to release my order and they suggested i remove some items to meet my limit and we did remove some of the items and i was told to give their system an Hour or so to do the calculations, after two hours i phoned back to check-up on my order i was told to call after another hour , called again and i was still given the same answer that their system was still recalculating my updated order. the next again i was told my order has been escalated and i should call in 15 minutes, in 15 again i called i was still given the same answers, i called them every hour since Tuesday am not doing this again. I am really tired of going back and forth with them. I am done calling them, this is really pathetic!
