Reinstate account

Feeling dissapointed is an understatment.

You handed my account over to ITCBA. I made arrangements with one of their agents.

The first payment was in August of R10 as it was a test payment checking if the easypay works.

End August I paid full amount.

I have been going back and forth with them and yourselfs.you keep on telling me that you are waiting on itcba to pay thr money over to you. I sent you my proof of payments, I sent ypu thr paid up letter that ICTBA sent me yet You tell me to contact ITCBA.

I want this sorted. I requested to cancel the account, to this dsy no one is calling me emailing me nothing.

This is going on for a while now and you just cant reinstate my account or cancel it.i am so so frustrated and dissapointed. I never had such services from you guy.
