SINCE JANINE ADVISE ME THAT SHE HAVE ESCALATED THE QUERY TO CREDITORS CONTROL NO COMMUNICATION WAS RECEIVED AFTER THAT I KEEP ON MAKING FOLLOW UP BUT THEY DO NOT GET BACK TO ME
