REFUND FROM MY ACCOUNT IS REFUSED, I AM GIVEN DIFFERENT STORIES AND A RUN ARROUND

<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>I was an agent selling Avon products and it happened that my account was being overdue whilst I had products to return to AVON, I then paid the account an amount of R700.00 and then sent the prodcucts later to AVON for credit through my Sales Manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>in December 2016 I sent a request for a refund and credit control requested proof of payment and i sent the proof of payment and they told me the refund will be refunded. Two months later there was no refund to my bank account and they told me now they wanted proof of payment amounting to R1400 of which I never made , I do not know who have used my account and now I am being punished for what?</p> <p> </p> <p>My bank can certify payments I made. Now my refund is being refused.</p>
