Refund

On the 29th November 2019. Justice Deposited money into the Justine/Avon account in error. On the same day Linda Gamede sent an email to them requesting that they refund him and they requested documents which he sent on the same day. I have since been sending emails back and forth with the credit department and Amrica Jagganath, Stacey Marian, Pearl Williams have failed to assist with refunding Justice. He does not have an account with Justine/Avon. He is a janitor and seriously in need of his money but these people couldn't be bothered. They are keeping money that doesn't belong to them and aren't thinking of the needs Justice have. I don't know how or what to do any longer. What has to be done Justine/Avon what's needs to happen before you refund Justice his R1900 back?
