my name is sibahle ketye... i wrote an email wanting to know why my credit limit has been reduced to R00.10 and what is it that i have done wrong because i paid my acc on the 30 of may ?i received an sms saying i should prepay the amount of my Oder,..where am i going to get the money to pay because my customers pay when they get their products.its not fair how you treat us you guys

As per our telephonic conversation, you were on Deposit to Buy programme and the terms and conditions are : you have to pay your invoices within the due date for three months.
Your March order was due on the 15th of April and you only paid on the 29th of April and that automatically disqualified you for the credit limit.
