Product broken.
Hi,
I ordered a sling tan bag from Avon in May order from a lady who has account with you. In June the bags strap completely off I didn't even ave it long.
Unfortunately I am no longer in contact with this lady and want to know what I am able to do as this bag is of no use anymore and I would like my money back or another bag as I actually like it very much.
