Poorest service ever that Im experiencing with Avon

Avon has very poorest service ever I'm experiencing Identity theft with Avon I noticed on my credit score that I own an account with them which I don't know anything about. I tried calling them but I can't get through I always tells their agent that I don't own any account with Avon but they seem to ignore it. Please help my credit score is affected now I can't do anything.
