Poor services

The beginning of this month, i was in process of reinstate my account, and i spoke to a lady by the name of Nomsa, who assisted me in Reinstate my account which she claimed it was done, when i had made payment for my order that she sent through, i received feedback that the payment was for money that i owed, of which i don't, and my order has not been in processed. and yet i have paid for the order, and none of the team leaders in avon can asist me.
