Poor service from Sales leader

Im an avon representative and the service I receive from my sales leader is terrible. From simple things like changing my details can't be done. Things are added to order that I didnt order or there are extra items. I sent an email to the Enquiries department with no help. I even tried calling the contact centre and still no help. Im at my wits end.
