Poor service

<p>I ordered items for not only myself but for colleagues. Once the order arrived not only were there items missing but full price was charged on short items. </p> <p>The invoice received indicated that all items were packed but no signee on the picking sheet. </p> <p> </p> <p>This error is now being investigated, however in the interim, buyers need to pay the full amount for items not delivered with no guarantee that it will be and that when they sort out their error, the customer should just take it regardless of whether they want it or not at that stage. </p> <p> </p> <p>To add insult to injury, if the remaining items do not add up to R500, they will only be shipped with a next order. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why are the customers responsible for their error? Why are the representatives penalised and have to now placate customers, at their own expense, for an error that is not theirs? </p> <p> </p> <p>The only response received is we will investigate but no resolution time or assistance for the representative who is dependent on returning customers for their commission. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is not a occasional issue but a continuous one and the reason many people refrain from becoming representatives or completely withdraw as reps. </p> <p> </p> <p>Wholly unacceptable from a company as large as Avon! </p>
