Poor Service

I've placed an order with Justine in early September but till today I have not receive the order, I've been loging quieries with no respond and always phoning and they always promise to phone me back which they never did. I am really disappointment with their service especially cause is not the first time. it seems like they donot do follow ups on customers quieries, always when I phone I have to be on hold for morethan ten minutes which at the end I'll not get the answers, and they will always promise me that the supervisor will get back to me but nothing happened. I don't think I will ever recomend justine products to someone else or recruit cause it seems like in order to do business with them you must have landline to make calls for follow ups and internet to check the process of the orders<br> <br> it seems like people are getting salaries for supervisories without doing supervision, cause if really people were doing supervision my issue would have been resolved by now or even phoning me to check what is the main issue<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
