Poor Customer Service

The Avon Justine group has made it impossible for me to reinstate my account. I have sent a lot of emails to different departments even to the escalation department but to no avail. I have made a payment and when requested a refund they do not respond to my email anymore. I dont know what to do now. I need my refund and I dont want anything to do with the company. They have wasted my time and effort. The trust of my clients is also *****ed as I have promised to submit their products as they have already paid for it. I am so dissappointed at them. I have refunded the customer now my money is sitting with them since the 16 May 2018. I want my money back asap. They do not respond even if I have submitted all the necessary documents. i.e the application form, the order form, ID and the letter requesting refund.
