PLEASE SORT OUT MY CREDIT RECORD

<p>I did not ask for someone to open an account with my name. You application process has not security first of all. Somebody just sends through a copy of an I'd with an application form and just gives you an address you don't verify the information if it's true. Then the next thing bam! You put this information on my credit report. I queried this and now you wanted me to send proof of residence why did you not do that with the perpetrator.right now you have confirmed that this is a ***** account opened in my name however why is it now difficult to remove this on my credit record. It only most probably took you one day to list me on credit be rue. But it's difficult to remove. I have been making numerous calls to get this sorted and have been advise it will this has been going on for 5 months and nothing has been done. You are leaving a bad taste about your company. The way it is I no longer even want to buy anything from a representative of you company for your products. Please can this be sorted I need to apply for other credits and this is affecting me</p>
