Please send the paid up letter that I want
I closed my account 3days ago and I requested for a Payed up Letter. I haven't received it. I spoke to one of the consultants he was very helpful. I need the paid up letter, this is pathetic why must you wait 3days to close your account and to receive a Payed up Letter.
