Please inform me of when will I receive my latter

Hello again, I haven't received any email after the last one that I received on the 25 of February from Priscilla Moabelo from Avon telling that they have forwarded my documents to the relevant department for further investigation. On the 20 of February I received an email from Nicole Sebothoma at Avon saying the same thing and added that I will receive a paid up latter but when I ask when will I receive the latter it seems that no one is willing to respond. Please inform me when will I receive the latter. Thank you.
