Please can you reverse the charge already

Avon is now taking our profit/commission!! They charged R50 on a account that was paid. We enquired about it and received an email saying that it will be reversed but up to now it still hasn't been reversed!! This is not fair!! Selling Avon is our way of making money so now if you're gonna take that small commission what's the point of selling Avon products then? You said it'll be reversed....why hasn't that happen??
