Payment not reflecting.Email/fax sent. No response

Good day<br> <br> I made a payment on the 12th of April<br> I later realised I used my name instaed of the reference number,I emailed Avon the POP and called the call centre. My account still shows its still owing R378.30<br> I have not received feedback.<br> Can they please inform me as to what is happening as I have a held order and I still need to order more stock
