Pay when order was not delivered...
I opened an account with them in 2016 to place an order. It was a cash on delivery order. They failed to deliver the goods. A month later i asked them to close the account since they failed to deliver. They are refusing and telling me i should pay registration fee first.
You failed to deliver, had you delivered my order all that will be paid. Its a small amount but why am i paying for registration with you when you failed to deliver my very first order.
Can u guys sort out this mess, u have the worst, pathetic service in South Africa.

Provide your banking information and the amount that I need to pay and I will pay. But this is pathetic, I never failed to pay for the order, you guys failed to deliver on a promised service. Can someone get that?
