Pathetic service ever😡😡😡😡😡

I Placed my order on the 1st of December 2021and paid on the 02 December which actually means I'm on cash account.still my order not delivered. Called the call center the person who was assisting she was rude she told me that my order was delivered off which is was never delivered n hung up on the call. Called my team leader n he escalated the query to the regional manager but the issue is not yet fixed. I am really tired of Avon because it's not the 1st n the 2nd time I get this kind of service.they must just refund my money. Or deliver my stock😡😡
