Pathetic service by Avon and Skynet

Good day

I have grown tiresome of the miscommunication from Avon and Skynet. I phoned on Saturday, 10 Dec 2022 to enquire about my parcel and Skynet advised that my parcel was hijacked. I phoned Avon and Avon advised that my parcel would be delivered on Monday, 12 Dec 2022. Later this afternoon, 12 Dec 2022, Skynet phoned to advise that my parcel was hijacked. I require a replacement and I want it delivered express. I am not prepared to wait any longer as my order was placed on 3 Dec 2022. The service, the communication from both Avon, Skynet and all others are pathetic. I am going to report this on Hello Peter as the service levels not on par. My parcel was hijacked within the course of the first week of December and only today, 12 Dec does Avon apparently know about it. Is this what is referred to as customer service? I have received no assistance and no satisfaction all round and I have to make phonecalls using my airtime several times, even then with no satisfaction of speaking to someone. This is not on. Get this matter sorted out Or I will take this up legally. Ruwaida ***
