Pathetic Service

What an absolute pathetic company!

I have spoken now to Irene, Rochelle, Valentia, Candice, Phsycology.... Candice was supposed to phone me last Friday to resolve the matter, and guess what.... I'm still waiting. I have been sending emails 7, 11, 25 January 2019 requesting a refund that was paid to them incorrectly, not even a reply saying boe or bah.... Phoning : 7 Jan , 10:32 11 Jan, 11:38 16 Jan, 10:41 25 Jan, 10: 15 1 Feb, 13:14 phone dropped in my ear 13:17 phone dropped in my ear 13:19 phone dropped in my ear

I demand this money by end of today. Monday I will submit all of this to the Ombudsman.
