Pathetic Service

On 26 August I placed a order via the “Avon App” of almost R1000. It’s the first time I am using the App and have been assigned to a Avon Representative via the app. I received a confirmation email but thats where it stopped. After not hearing from the so called Rep for a few days I tried going back on the app to find her number. Going out of my way to contact her she couldn’t care less saying she hasnt been an Avon rep for MONTHS and can’t help. On the 31st I was contacted by Charnelle via email asking if I “attempted” to place a order (in my mind the order has been placed). I proceeded to explain and expressed my desire to continue with my order only to be told SORRY but August orders have closed. I asked for a customer service number to which she provided ***. What a waste of airtime, after eventually getting through to a lady, she told me such app doesn’t exist and wanted my “rep code”. The more I tried to explain I am a CONSUMER not a REP the more she argued that I needed a rep code to place an order. I asked for a managers numbers as I realized my issue won’t be resolved. She supp**** me with Antoinette and Julies numbers who are “district managers”. Both whom didn’t take my call, nor bothered returning it.
