Pathetic customer service

Hello Peter till date I still haven't received my money , the consultant gave me a call on Thursday and mentioned that he hàs escalated matter to management team and when I asked when should I expect the funds he couldn't give me an answer, I honestly don't know what kind of business is Avon running , they dismally failed when it comes to customer service , I have never came across a worst customer service like Avon
