Paid up letter request

I paid up my account with Justine 02 July 2021 called them to confirm that they have received the payment, which was confirmed, I have been struggling to get my payed up letter since then. Called numerous times with nor luck in getting my payed up. I am so annoyed with the services after being told it will take 72hrs for me to get the payed up letter.
