Paid up account handed over for debt collection.

Good day, I was an Avon rep for years and last year my avon was handed over to ITCBA in error on the 07/11/2021, whereas account was paid up 23/08/2020. I have tried to email paid up letter obtained from Avon to ITCBA,this has not been helpful. Tried to get someone from Avon to send them an email explaining the error no one has been able to do that. Can Avon please sort this out with ITCBA cause i have tried, and i don't remember giving ITCBA my numbers please. Avon ***
