Paid Letter not issued by AVON justine

<p>I have settled my account with Avon Justine but they are unable to issue a paid letter as i requested to update my credit rating, when i call their customer care number. they kept telling they have forwaded their letter to ********** i have waisted so much time on the phone trying to get the paid up letter but no one is willing to assist this has bad implication on my credit score. please send me the paid letter and confirmation that the account is inactive. account no: ********** ..this is no acceptable. i have forwaded all proof of payment to ********** and ********** <p> </p> <p> </p>
