Outstanding balance/ paid up letter

Dear Avon,

I'm writing regarding a letter I received from Deal-Flow (Gugu Langa and Beverley Davids) about my brother's outstanding balance of R6.79, dated 23rd September. Given the small amount, I'd like to request that this balance be written off. The bank charges alone would likely exceed the payment amount - even EasyPay charges around R50 for transactions, making it impractical to pay such a small amount. I've yet to receive feedback or a paid-up letter. Could you please look into this and provide an update?
