Orders Outstanding

I have placed an avon order in May 2022 with a lady by the name of Andrette Brand. However she placed half the order when the orders arrived i have asked her about the rest of my orders which she said to me she did not placed the order as she didnt read my message clearly. She will sort it out. When she was done I received an sms to pay an amount of R1020.20 then I will received the order that never arrived. Andrette Brand told me to place another order otherwise Avon wont release the order i have placed another order which I received yesterday. When I opened my box and saw that those orders which was done in May was never in the box I informed her about it. She told me to phone Avon directly. I have send emails to them I also attached the order that was never received. Avon advise me that the order was cancelled on the 28 June 2022. Payment was done on the 26 June 2022 and the small balance of R84.20 was paid on the 29th June 2022. All I want is the orders that never arrived as my clients want their orders which they paid for.
