ORDER NOT RELEASED DESPITE CALL

I phoned on the 25th of August 2015 advising that I have made payment & asked when my order placed on 17/08/2015 will be released & they said 3 to 4 working days. Now on the 28th of August surprisingly I get a delivery of another order that I placed on 25/08/2015 which was after I placed the one in question. Now I have to keep on telling my clients stories about when they are going to get their order. They are getting frustrated & I'm afraid they will decide to cancel their orders which means I would have to pay for items that I don't need. Why does Justine have to treat us consultants like this?
