Order cannot be delivered

Website allowed me to order perfume and I paid for express delivery. When I called to check on the status of the delivery I was informed that the invoicing department had already closed for December and that my order wont be arriving until January. Had I not called, I would not have been notified that my order would not have arrived. The rep who was assigned to my order, was no help simply telling me head office deals with orders. In future, please make sure there are notifications on your website advising clients of this. Sorry to say, but I will not be using this service again.
