Now That's Customer Service I was very upset when my account was not credit centre and they informed me that they couldn't assist me . Logged a call/complain on to Avon Justine to call me back. Mohale #WIN called me back I was just ready for him. I told him how unprofessional Justine was and how I wasted my time and data by emailing them the proof of payment . He was professional come and empathetic and very apologetic. He provided with a customer centric solution that left saying Wooowwww that's what I call customer service. Thank you Mohale.#WIN
