Not sticking to their gaurantee
<p>Bought a Justine face product, it was suppose to be a face day cream but realised it was a cream toner. I asked the agent to return it back because its not what i wanted but she gave me stories about the driver that would take time to come collect product and it will take time to get my refund. Well i know how these things work she is just doing or saying this to save her commision but now shes going to lose customers because Justines company gaurantee states that upon being unsatisfied with product it can be returned within 90days, used or not used. I am cleary not supporting this product any more!</p>
