No t-shirt, no race!

I would just like to express my deepest discontent and regret for purchasing 5 tickets for the Avon Walkathon 2017.

Three months ago, on 12 July 2017, I purchased two tickets and an additional two tickets on 25 July 2017 .

The tickets were bought for myself, my mother and two of my sisters. The reason why I purchased the tickets so early, was because I wanted all of us to qualify for the t-shirts as part of the first people to purchase the tickets.

I again purchased another ticket for my cousin on 28 September 2017 and could not wait to take part in the event.

To my surprise, when we collected the race packs, none of us received our t-shirts. We were so upset that we ended up not even taking part in the event as we were extremely disappointed.

I cannot believe that one if my neighbours who purchased a ticket for herself and her family just a week before the event, received t-shirts for all her family members. I honestly don’t think we will ever be attending the Walkathons as we always did in the previous years.

We really feel like we were ****** and not treated fairly by not getting our t-shirts after tickets were purchased so early!
