No response to faulty item
***. Had complaints from my customers re the Rachel Premium bag product # 39852 the stitching is badly done on the back straps . Phoned the marketing department 7/5/2015 left a message and i sent a sms to the Zone Manager and had no response to date. <br> <br> I've also been asking if it was possible to return any incorrect items to another drop off point the Avon drop off point or stand is in a very dangerous area in Johannesburg CBD, cnr Bree and Polly Street it is not safe for any woman to be expose to such an environment. Is the company slogan not call\ a company for women"<br> """
