No response from their agents

<p>I have contacted Avon Justiine on the 7th Mary about my balance. I was assisted by Olwethu. Olwethu gave me the balance owing and i told her that i will be doing EFT in less than 5 minutes and email her proof of payment. I requested her to send me a letter confirming that i have paid. Up until yesterday ( Tuesday 24th May ) i decided to remind her about my request. But even now there is no one responding to my emails. Please assist. </p>
