No Response from Avon *****

Hi... My name is Abongile lastmonth I reported ***** to Avon Justine someone opened an account to Avon Justine using my details now it's in errors and my name is listed under credit Bureau, I went to the Police station, sent all documents Avon Justine asked me to send. I had to call them back after a week I sent the documents for them to reply to my Email. It was not easy to get hold of them, call center agent kept transferring me to each other, Vuyiswa Africa is the one who rep**** to my email last month...No one has bothered to get back to me and tell me how far or how long the investigation is going to take, for weeks I've been waiting for response, my life is stuck while the Person who opened the account is walking Free out there and Avon Justine seem to be Enjoying this Because I just Spoke with Thandeka(Call center agent)She only waisted my airtime by transferring my call back to voice call but I ask her to transfer my call to Vuyiswa. Please help me Clear my name.
