No order and no refund

My telephonic conversation of this morning refers. I placed an order with my consultant already in October, and paid the amount of R435.00 already on the 24/11/2017, and was told the order would be here the following Wednesday. (29/11/2017). When I had to enquire on the status of the order, “I was informed that Avon made and error, and that I wold receive the order that Friday. (1/2/2017). I paid for this order almost 3 weeks back and have been waiting and been promised the order since then. I in turn promised a child that she would be receiving her items, trusting that it would be here last week. I now had to go and purchase other gifts for my god child just so that I don’t let her down. The worst is that I must feel like a bad person asking where my order is all the time. I would like a refund immediately as I have now had to dive into my spare funds in order to make up for Avon’s errors. I asked the consultant for a refund today, however she mentioned Avon will need to refund me. When calling Avon this morning, they informed me that it is the agents responsibility to see to it that I receive my refund. I cannot wait longer than 24 hours for this refund, and certainly do not want to be given the run around yet again. As much as I love your products, this situation has instilled a lack of faith in your services, and I will no longer be making use of your services. Your speediest response and refund would be appreciated.
