No delivery after payment

I paid for my order on the 8th, since then I have not received my order, I called on the 10th to query and was told that the order was delivered to a 'bonga' which for me does not make sense,how can an order sent to me be accepted by anyone else but me, the address I registered with was my work address, no deliveries were made there. I have even asked around in the whole centre and no delivery was made.

I was told that an investigation was being done but I am appalled to find that till today nothing has been done. I'm only told now that the hindrance to the investigation is the receipt of the affidavit if that's the case how come no one has called me? I did my part when payment was requested of me but when there are problems on their side no one seems to care.This was my first order with Justine and this is happening. I look very *********** to my clients when it's not even my fault.
