no customer service whatsoever

This is my third review My third!!!!! Kori these punks are so quick to put your name into the dirt but to clear it takes them over two years. They even have the damn guts to tell me to contact the bureau myself to clear my own name? Vernique in the complaints department made it seem as though she was about to help me but no longer responds to my emails I decided to take it further and requested documentation (letters) that my name is cleared with three of the bureaus as well as all requests for clearing my name with the last bureau (call recordings included), so I can get this **** sorted out. These dumb fvcks are ruining my life Takes them almost two years to sort this out? They don't give a damn. They don't go the extra mile They know ***** oor customer service TCF is clearly not something they abide by
