No action on request to close account and get a refund - 48 days later!!!

I have been requesting to close my account and have R259.50 due to me refunded back, and to date nothing has been done and no communication to update on what is happening. Initial email was sent on 27 July, then follow up mails on the 04 August, 08 August and 04 September, with phone calls made to the customer centre in-between these time - but still nothing has been done.
