I contacted Avon in July to request the paid up letter and they took my details and email address.

I have never received the paid up letter even today. I sent an email on the 08 October requesting the letter and received an email with the incorrect details on the letter not my name not my surname not my ID number I informed credit control of this.

I called them on the 13th October and was informed that my request would be forwarded to credit control to issue the correct letter.

I received emails on the 14th October that the email address that I used was incorrect. Why and how was the incorrect paid up letter issued if I had emailed the wrong department? This service is the worst everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
