Negligence

On the 4th September 2015 I received a box which was supposed to be mine, before I opened the box I inspected it because the sound from the contents inside just didn't make sense as I expecting a Mother's day bow handbag. That is when I realised that the box does not actually belong to me but to some person in Rustenburg. The frustrating thing about this is because its the SECOND time this is happening and it takes Justine so long to correct and it becomes our problem(such as going to the police station and writing affidavits, which is also time consuming) but mean while I'm not the negligent packer or whoever puts the wrong stickers on boxes. And another thing while this mess is happening I don't get my order. I'm so fed up with Justine with its inconsistency because it also gives a bad impression on customers. I was invoiced 31/08/2015 and invoice number *** and the amount is R317.10. I want this matter to be resolved ASAP but I am not going to go the police station because I did not do the mess up and besides I'm currently on course and only free 10:30 & 13:00 and please don't bother calling any other times because i'll be in class unable to answer.
