My ID has been used to open an account with Avon/Justine and purchases were made

I am busy with an extremely transaction with my bank and to find out that I have been listed on ITC for not paying an Avon/Justine account. I am told that joined in November 2017 on the 16/17. I called their call centre and they say it is a ********** account as somebody from KaBokweni where I have never been to start with has used my ID number to join. now I must go and do some affidavit and send it together with my ID copy. Whilst they're busy with the investigation my life has to be on stand still. It is clear to me the Avon/Justine is not strict on verifying details when accounts are opened, any one can open an account with someone else information and blacklist the victim. I am so not happy and very angered by this, at this day and time a big company like them is still not doing business in line with the NCR regulations
