More Consultants should be like NIEL!!!!

I called in this morning to query the incorrect product sent it my January order and before I could finish, he already assisted me and I was stunned. His attitude and sense of humor was just awesome. I wish whenever I called in I could get through to this amazing consultant of you guys. I would like feedback on this please because you guys need to recognise your staff that knows how to TCF!! Better keep him!
